Our Team

Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC) is the governing organisation for immigration consultants in Canada, and our team at CWCI consists of licenced members. The Council, a non-profit organisation, aims to govern immigration consultants fairly and effectively, with accountability and openness, as a non-profit. IRCC, Service Canada, and Provincial Nominee Program offices may all rely on our staff to effectively represent their clients. In order to help people who are looking for legal immigration information and specialists, our team has a vast amount of experience in the field of immigration. Our legal team has successfully defended clients in immigration petitions and hearings over the last several years.

As licenced members of the Immigration Refugee Board (IRB) CICC , our members  can assist clients with their applications with Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC), matters before the Canadian Border Services Agency (CBSA), and appeals before all divisions of the Immigration Refugee Board (IRB), i.e. Immigration Appeal Division (IAD), Immigration Division (ID), and Refugee Protection Division (RAD).
